To make sure that our commitment to excellence is continuously met and upheld, our gifts are produced daily in one facility and handmade with only the finest gourmet foods.
Rest assured that your gifts will be personally attended to by our dedicated gifting specialists, who are committed to making your gift process as simple as possible, while offering tips and suggestions for different products.

Your satisfaction with your order is of utmost importance, and we will do everything we can to make sure it is a seamless process.

How can I place my order?
 You can place your order by phone any time by calling our Corporate Relations line at 740-500-7222

How far in advance should I place my order?
 For your convenience, you can place orders for most of our products up until 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday

 For larger business orders, or during holiday peak times, it is recommended that you place orders 24-48 hours in advance so that we can verify your information and product availability.

How much room do I have for a card message?
 Your card message can be up to 500 characters in length

 Ask your Corporate Gift Specialist about including your corporate logo on your ribbon tails.  Please understand, not all logos will transfer successfully onto ribbon.

Will I receive an order receipt/order confirmation?
 Yes. If you place your order online, you will see an order confirmation page after you place your order.  We recommend printing this page for your records.

 Whether you place your order online or by phone, you will also be emailed an order confirmation after you place your order.  If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, the email address may have been entered incorrectly, or please check your spam folder.

How will I know my gift has shipped?
 Once your gift has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipments status through delivery.

 If you placed an order for multiple gifts, we will provide you with all of the tracking information for the gifts that were shipped that day.  If your gifts are set to ship on multiple days, you will receive one email ( per order) for each gift that was shipped that day.

Is there a minimum purchase required?
 No. We’re happy to help you with your order large or small.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
 Yes, we do offer volume discounts on qualifying orders. 

Can you insert my business cards and promotional materials with shipments?
 Absolutely! We’d be happy to include your business cards with your shipments.  If there are additional promotional materials you would like to add to a gift, there may be an additional cost to get everything to fit with your gift.

Can you customize my order?
 Absolutely! We offer the option to fully customize any gift.   Our corporate gift specialists will help you select from various products featured in our gifts or even work with you to include your own branded items.
From the basket-crate to the bow, your custom made gift will be one that is truly unique.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
 Shipping rates are based on actual costs and are 

calculated specifically for each gift by factoring in the 

weight and dimensions of the item, where it is being 

shipped to and the service level you select. 

 Because shipping rates are calculated based on the item 

you select, we do not have a standard shipping rate 

table available. 

 We do offer free standard shipping on select products, 

which can be viewed here. If you were planning to have 

your entire order shipped to one location for 

distribution, you may be able to save on shipping costs. 

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time

Can you ship to multiple locations?
 Yes. We can ship directly to your list of recipients at multiple locations.
